I have a wide director level experience in people and organisational development and in using executive coaching and leadership mentoring to achieve performance excellence despite change and uncertainty.

My professional background has been in the gas industry and latterly as a Director in the NHS and central government. My early professional career was in marketing before specialising in learning and organisational development. All of my roles have required me to guide and facilitate people and organisations through major change.

I am able to draw upon a wide range of experience and resources in my practical, results-orientated coaching and mentoring work with managers and leaders. I’m a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a registered occupational and psychometric tester with the British Psychological Society.
